Ceracolors Fluid Medium Soluble Wax 250ml is a general-purpose liquid wax medium designed to give you more control over Ceracolors water-soluble wax paint. Think of it as a colourless wax paint and binder: it dries to a continuous, durable film and lets you adjust transparency, flow, and consistency without weakening the paint film. This Fluid Medium has a standout “self-levelling” style behaviour, promoting smooth flow and even coverage for glazing and refined layers.

Use it to extend Ceracolors colours while maintaining professional quality, helping paint go further without turning chalky or student-grade. It is ideal for transparent glazes and luminous veils, and it can be mixed into thicker products (like paste mediums) to thin them and increase flow. It can also be used as a binder for dry pigments when making your own wax paints, and as a collage adhesive for porous, non-water-sensitive materials (avoid glass, metal, and plastics).

Ceracolors Fluid Medium is made from beeswax and other naturally derived waxes, a polyterpene resin (also from a natural source), and emulsifiers.

How to use
Add Fluid Medium to paint on your palette or in a container. It can be added in any amount desired.
