Golden High Flow Acrylics 30ml - S7 - Permanent Violet Dark is a professional ultra-fluid acrylic paint with an ink-like consistency, designed for artists who want smooth flow, deep colour and excellent control. This Series 7 colour is made with PR122 and PB60 and has a semi-transparent finish with excellent lightfastness, making it a dependable choice for archival work, glazing and versatile fluid acrylic techniques.

Permanent Violet Dark is a very deep reddish violet made from a blend of Anthraquinone Blue and Quinacridone Magenta, combining the best qualities of both pigments in one rich, dramatic colour. It is an excellent choice for shadow passages, atmospheric painting, glazing, mixed media layering, expressive washes and refined colour mixing where a dark violet with depth and sophistication is needed.

Like the rest of the High Flow range, it can be used straight from the bottle in an airbrush, refillable marker, dip pen or brush. Its very thin consistency makes it especially suitable for drawing, staining, dripping, pouring, calligraphy, colour washes and fine detail work, while remaining compatible with other acrylic colours and mediums.
