Rublev Colours Dry Pigments - Series 3 Phthalo Blue is a high-chroma, professional-grade blue pigment famous for its enormous tinting strength, crystal clear transparency, and exceptional permanence. Phthalocyanine Blue PB 15:3 (Green Shade) is the modern workhorse blue used across fine art paint making, inks, and coatings because it stays brilliant and stable over time while producing clean, luminous mixtures.

PB 15:3 is prized for its slightly greener undertone compared to other blues, making it ideal for modern landscapes, seascapes, and contemporary palettes.
